Getting started with Mask Mate
If you’re on this page, you’ve chosen to use Mask Mate as part of your training or face fit testing.
Your Fit2Fit provider will supply you with an activation code to access the app.
On first use, you’ll be asked to:

Enter your email address

Add a phone number (optional)

Create a password
Your activation code will then be linked to your email address and password.
For future logins, you’ll simply need your email address and password.
Once logged in, you can begin testing and start seeing the benefits of using Mask Mate.
If you’re signed up to Mask Mate Pro, you’ll receive a separate email from your provider with instructions on how to access the Pro features.
Mask Mate is almost ready to go.
We’re busy onboarding providers and completing the final setup.
Access to testing will be available soon.
