Mask Mate is a trading name of RPE Face Fit Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which owns and operates the Mask Mate app.

• Communication and Contractual Clarity: End Users (i.e. individuals who received the app from their trained service provider or Licensee) should direct any questions regarding their face fit tests or data to that Licensee. Licensees are responsible for all interactions and obligations towards their End Users. If a Licensee terminates their agreement with Mask Mate, they remain responsible for fulfilling any ongoing agreements they have made with End Users.
6. Retention of Data
Mask Mate retains data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. You may delete your data or request its deletion by contacting support, but please note that some data may need to be retained for legal reasons.
7. Third-Party Links
Our app may contain links to other websites or services not operated by Mask Mate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
8. Children’s Privacy
Mask Mate is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 16, we will take steps to delete that information.

Mask Mate provides the app as a software platform only and does not conduct face fit testing or control how the app is used by Licensees or End Users. Mask Mate is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app, the interpretation of test results, or the fulfilment of any service agreements between Licensees and End Users.
Mask Mate disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:
• Errors or omissions in data input or reporting by the Licensee or End User,
• Misuse or unauthorised use of the app,
• Failure by the Licensee to comply with applicable data protection or safety regulations,
• Any contractual disputes between Licensees and End Users.
Use of the app is at your own risk.
